Well after almost a year I have completed Lewis' loft bed. The design was modified from one I sae in a magazine. I made it mostly of economy grade 2x4 lumber which I planed down to about 1 1/2 x 3. It is all held together by lagg bolts. All I need to do now is figure out how to build a ladder.

I'm sure you will sort the ladder soon now you are so close to finishing.
Yep, The ladder is nearly done now, Just need to secure the rungs in place and put hooks on so it will not fall off the bed.
Should be done tomorrow.
It looks great Tom - the lens makes it look very tall.
Lets see a shot when ladder and Lewis are installed!
