Hi Tom - I had a look at the aerial photo but couldn't see your canvas hut anywhere.
I hope the canvas is strong enough to keep the polaroid bears out......
It does look rather bleak there - are there any locals around?....inuit or even the odd lemming?
I'm intrigued as to how they get WiFi there - satellite I assume, glad they did.

no local people, I saw a fox, he was hunting mice. there have been 2 wolves sighted and one possible polar bear. I have blogged some other oix, but they didnt stick. I'll try again this pm. All communications are by sat or VHF IN THE FIELD.
