Crazy Telephoto lens

I was just cruzing the web and fell over this Crazy Telephoto lens I can't imagin it is much good, it is under 300 bucks! Might be ok for astrophotography or wildlife on a realy bright day. I wonder is it cheap cos it is fully manual, or cos it is fully rubbish?

Update... What about this 2X converter what could you do with a 3200mm lens? I wonder if it comes with an atomic flash?

Wild waves at the Motion

Another photo of wild waves at the Motion, these were breaking before they hit the rocks because of the water rushing back out from a series of very large waves that had come in before. There was still some fog rising from the water that was warm compaired to the -16C air.

Yesterday it was -16C and there was an interesting fog rising from the ocean and producing snow localy. I scived off work for an hour for a photographing mission in the hope that I could catch some of that fog, but on the way down there the wind picked up and ble wmost of it away and dropped the windchill to -26C.

Searching for the perfect shot in Swift current

Had a nice drive out to Swift current on the Burin peninsual yesterday. The sun came out just as we got there and it was actually quite warm and the ice was melting fast. Posted by Picasa
