Flatrock

This image goes back a few days. I am hoping to do some serious climbing photography, so I took my wide angle out to flat rock for a look around. Not a very interesting image I know, but that is why I need to get out on the wall.
Last week I went to the gym to get some training for the rope work I need to know to allow me to photograph climbers climbing. I learned how to use ascenders and a Arigri to move up the wall and hopefuly keep up with the climber.
There is apparently a new climbing area that is just being developed on the Southern Avalon, there should be some routed bolted by the time I return from this job and the climbers would like me to doccument these new routes. Should be fun. Posted by Picasa
