Welcome back to Raglan!

Here is a view of donnaldson camp, my home for the next 4 weeks. All that snow is fresh, mostly since we arrived. After th eplant touched down the weather closed in, so the guys leaving were not able to. so there are over 100 people in a camp built for about 50.
The road out of the camp is closed, so the drillers can't go out and neither can we, so there is 100 of us all stuck in camp with nothing to do. Posted by Picasa

Holy Crow!! It's like a different world. In a way I am jealous, I can't wait for the snow to start flying around here. I hope you brought your fleecies!!

Yep, It is pretty crazy, like a different planet. I did bring my winter clothes, I am good for about -30, but I hope I don't see it that cold on this job.

Must be like living in Hong Kong with so many folks around - I hope the showers are working.........have you got rid of the extras yet?

Yep, the plane left at about 10:30 this morning, I bet they were happy to be heading home.
